2. Payment Terms

• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed
• Monthly retainer payments are due at the start of each month
• Project-based work requires 50% advance before work begins
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods
• Late payments beyond 7 days may result in work being paused

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. However:

• If work has not yet started, advance payments are fully refundable
• Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances
• Any refund disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion

4. Results Disclaimer

SEO and digital marketing results vary depending on industry competition, domain age, website quality, and many other factors outside our control.

5. Client Responsibilities

For successful delivery of services, clients are expected to:

• Provide timely access to website, analytics, and ad accounts as required
• Review and approve content or strategy within agreed timelines
• Provide accurate business information and materials when requested
• Communicate changes in business goals or direction promptly

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, strategies, and reports created by ManojSEOPro remain our intellectual property until full payment is received
• Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to use all deliverables for their business
• We reserve the right to mention client names and results as case studies unless explicitly requested otherwise

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, financial data, and internal processes. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.

8. Website Use

By using manojseopro.com, you agree to:

• Use the website only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the website
• Not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission
• Accept that website content is for informational purposes only

9. Limitation of Liability

ManojSEOPro’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue or business opportunities.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• Completed work and reports will be handed over upon receipt of final payment
• Active campaigns will be paused or transferred as agreed

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Faridabad, Haryana, India. We will always attempt to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. The “Last Updated” date will reflect any changes. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
